Change Password
For security reasons it is recommended to change your password every now and then. Below are the instructions to adjust this in your Client Portal.
Login
- Open your browser and visit the Client Portal website
- Enter your username and your password
- Authenticate yourself via two-factor authentication
Select Change your Password
In the menu at the top right corner, select Welcome and then Settings.
In the Security section, select Password.
Insert your current and new password
On the next page, enter your current password and your new password twice. When you are finished, click Continue.

If you have forgotten your password, here are two steps you can take:
- Recover your saved password from your browser
Sometimes your internet browser will automatically fill in your login data. If you use a password manager in your browser, check if it has stored your password. You can typically find this information in your browser’s settings. - Check your approval email
If you haven’t changed your password since the opening of your account, search for the initial account approval email. This email may contain your account credentials in the attachments.
If you can’t retrieve your password using these steps, you can always choose to change or reset your password using these instructions.
If you have forgotten your password, you can attempt to reset it by following the instructions in this article. If you are unable to reset your password, please contact your local service desk.
The Password Requirements are:
- Cannot match username
- Must be between 8 and 40 characters
- Must contain at least 1 letter
- Must contain at least 1 number
