Change Base Currency
The base currency of your account defines the currency in which the account values, reports and margin requirements are displayed. See here how to change it.
Login
- Open your browser and visit the Client Portal website
- Enter your username and your password
- Authenticate yourself via two-factor authentication
Select Base Currency
In the menu at the top right corner, select Welcome and then Settings.
In the Account Reporting section, click Base Currency to open the available options.
Change base currency and confirm
Select your desired currency from the list and confirm your request.
Changes of the base currency will not take effect until the next trading day.
FAQ
The currency in which you operate as your base determines the currency used to translate your statements and calculate margin requirements. Additionally, charges for market data and research, inactivity fees, and commission on Forex trades show in your base currency too.
The request will not be processed until the next business day.
