Annual Statement

The annual statement summarizes all activities on your account during a certain year, including transactions, dividends, corporate actions, etcetera.

LYNX provides an annual statement of your account in the LYNX+ Client Zone in the first half of the new year. You can access this file using the following instructions:

  • Once logged in to LYNX+, you can access the Client Zone by clicking on the menu at the top right and choosing Client Zone.
  • Once in the Client Zone, choose Documents and Messages. You will then find the annual statement under Documents.

It is also possible to generate an annual statement through the Account Management for the past year(s). To achieve this, first log in to the Account Management and follow the steps below:

  • In the menu at the top, select Performance & Reports and click on Statements.
  • A variety of reports is offered to show you all relevant trading activities, Performance, dividends and much more. In order to download the annual report select Activity.
  • Under the Default Statements section, choose Activity and click Run. Then, for the Period, select Annual and choose the relevant year under Date.
  • Finally, under Select a Format/Action, pick your preferred format for viewing or downloading the statement.

Post the IBIE migration, your account number was updated. To access statements prior to 2021, select Add/Edit next to your U-number at the top of the page. In the appearing window on the right, click the filter icon at the top-right, choose Migrated, and click Apply. Select the box for the old account, deselect the new one, and press Continue. You can now view statements from 2020 and earlier.

Reports can be generated for the last five calendar years. If you require a report for an earlier period, please request it via email from our Service department. Please note that there may be a processing fee associated with your request, as specified in our tariff overview. Each report has a maximum timeframe of 365 days, and the cutoff time is 8:30 pm EST.

To receive notifications for newly available reports, please follow these steps:

  • Ensure that you have set the correct email address in your account settings.
  • Navigate to the Settings, go to the Reporting section, and click Statements Delivery.
  • Click the configure icon in the top right to choose a delivery method for your statements.
  • On the next page, select whether you prefer to receive a notification, an email, or an email with attachment for newly available reports.
  • Press Continue to save your preferences and apply the changes.

If the Annual option is not yet available for the desired year, the annual report can be printed only for that period using the Custom Date Range function. Annual reports for the previous year are normally available by the end of January, at which time the report can be printed with the time range 01.01.20XX – 31.12.20XX.
